Terms and Conditions

1. Bookings
Please first contact Swan Canal Cruises to check the dates that you wish to book for your cruise. When you have completed the Booking Form and Swan Canal Cruises have received it, together with the 25% non returnable deposit of the cruise fee, will your booking be confirmed in writing.

2. Balance of the cruise fee
The balance of the cruise fee shall be paid not later than eight weeks prior to the start of your cruise. If your booking is made within eight weeks of the cruise, then the full amount shall be paid with the booking.

3. Cancellation
Should you unfortunately have to cancel your cruise booking, Swan Canal Cruises will, without legal obligation, attempt to rebook the cruise. If the attempt to rebook is not successful, you will forfeit the cruise fee. It is therefore recommended that you take out a cancellation policy.

4. Insurance and liability
It is recommended that you have your own insurance arrangements for personal accident or loss of personal belongings as the policy that Swan Canal Cruises has, does not cover any of these. Swan Canal Cruises cannot accept any liability for loss or damage to your belongings or self.

5. Force Major
If any unforeseen conditions occur that are not within Swan Canal Cruises power to control such as, damaged locks, Waterways closures, obstructions and breakdowns, Swan Canal Cruises reserve the right to cancel a cruise. If a suitable alternative is not found, the cruise fee will be repaid in full without any further claim.

6. Booking periods
Cruises start after 14:00 on the first day and finish by 11:00 on the last day.

7. Short break and full week prices for up to 2 people.
Day Trip from - fee £180

Days Trips with overnight near RSC Theatre - fee £280

Monday 1400hrs to Friday 1100hrs
or
Friday 1400hrs to Monday 1100hrs the fee is - fee £792

Honeymoon week special (vouchers availsble) - fee £1200

Special offer (when available)
Using the Rosalind as an hotel overnighting near the RSC Theatre available from 1600hrs on the arrival day to 1100hrs the following morning - fee of £198 for the first night
and a fee of £160 for subsequent nights.

8. The skipper
The Skipper of the boat is responsible for making sure that the crew and yourselves comply with the fire and safety regulations and has the right to deny anyone access to the boat if these regulations are broken.
